For the grieving soul experiencing new grief or old grief who’s seeking a starting point to process their grief. During the Grief Support Session you’ll be equipped with tools and resources to start you off on the path of processing your grief. In this session I’ll meet you with compassion, care, and gentle understanding. Rather than dumping a load of homework and books on you, we’ll focus on empowering you to authentically express and move through your grief - we are here to move through , not get over. Inclusions in offering: ~1 hour zoom support session ~Invitation to creating a personalized package that meets your needs
